You Don’t Find Your Purpose-You Build It

There is so much really good content being written today about finding your “Why” or purpose in life.  The process is extremely important and should lead to the development of your personal Life Plan.  However, it bothers me greatly that this has become finding the “One” big thing only instead of the core values that last a lifetime.  This HBR post is excellent:
