Daily Decisions That Affect A Leader’s Success

I have found over the years as a leader, it is extremely important to develop the ability to answer the question, what should I do next?  This question should be asked often because new inputs come into the stream that were not on the list yesterday.  Are these new inputs distractions or opportunities?  John Maxwell helps answer that question:
