5 Signs You’re No Longer Inspiring Your Team

When the process is of more value than the people, bad things begin to happen.  We must get the work done but prioritizing results without making emotional deposits into the lives of your people will cause your team to lose trust.  This post by Carey Nieuwhof is excellent:
